MGLM group is counted among the finest & oldest developers & colonizers. He started the business of real estate in the year 1975 and developed numerous colonies at Sikar Road, Tonk Road, Tilak Nagar, hanuman vatika -1, Chitrakoot, Ajmer Road, NH. 8, Jaisinghpura, Bagru, Mansarovar, Chitrakoot etc.
In the year 1987 MGLM Group Incorporated a Society, “JAI AMBEY HOUSING SOCIETY LTD” and developed numerous residential schemes of say about 40 Residential colonies in various sites of Jaipur city and nearby areas. Amongst them most are JDA approved. Besides colonization MGLM group is considered as the pioneer of introducing the new concept of farm house scheme to Rajasthan & public in the year 1992 with latest Club house facilities which Builders are introducing now a days and completed many projects named as Vrindavan Farms in Bagru Jaipur, Pali Road Jodhpur, Bari-Thur Road Udaipur, Pali, Jawai Road, Sumerpur, Mount Abu, Balaji Heights I & II, Balaji Villas, Mangalam Evergreen Farms at Jaisinghpura, Jaipur. Dry Mix mortar is amongst the most versatile and innovative raw material used in modern construction. It is best in class for small repairs, crack healer, any kind of plaster, lay bricks and other masonry work even water proofing.
Now a days with emerging demands of construction industry for new building materials and technologies more and more dry mix mortar is conquering the market and replacing the traditional job site mixing of plaster by advanced technology which is widely used in India. It is produced in specially designed dry mix mortar plant in which binders and aggregate are mixed in the appropriate way and are transported to construction site into the bags or silos and need only be mixed with water prior to use.
Dry mix products provide excellent technical properties to meet the stringent performance requirements which are common in the current construction scenario. It is made of cement, sand, polymer - fibre base admixtures by mixing together proportionally.
One of the biggest advantages that wastage of raw material which is one of the major contents of dry mix can be avoided in order to sustain Indian construction industry which is facing problem of availability of sand.
The use of dry mix mortar products will be cost effective by reducing the potential construction problems with the long-term strength of structures with a simple materials approach.
It is widely used for repairs, plastering interior – exterior walls, crack filler, and small user end construction work.
